I thought I was looking at myself. -Step 1: Eating - No sweets, pasta, bread, potatoes. 1 Alcoholic beverage a night...This helps keep calories down and most importantly prevents over eating. I went with a derivative of the Paleo diet which more or less prevents anything that does not exist in its natural state. Cow exists in nature, bread does not. -Step 2: Run - start with a mile. A friend and myself have MAP MY RUN and we compete against each other every day so it's a fun challenge. We are up to three or four miles a day. Feel free to pm me if you want to have an accountability partner via map my run....I will gladly report back to this thread. -Step 3: 100 pushups / day and 100 situps / day. The pushups will likely be impossible by day three but do as many as humanly possible and 100 will become an attainable number on a daily basis. That's about it. You won't be an Adonis but you will certainly look pretty damn good if you stay disciplined for a month on this program.
