Special thanks to engineers Reinaldo Aguiar and Rui Lopes and doodle team lead Ryan Germick for their work, as well as the Bob Moog Foundation and Moog Music for their blessing. Now give those knobs a spin and compose a tune that would make Dr. Moog smile!

While professional spa facials are a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, they can also be costly. Fortunately, at-home facials are an affordable alternative, removing impurities and dead skin cells, balancing oily or dry areas, promoting circulation, and relaxing and renewing tired, stressed skin. You'll probably find all the products you need in your medicine cabinet, and you can experiment with natural treatments using pantry staples. This article walks you through how to give a facial to someone else; for instructions on giving yourself a facial, click here. Try swapping facials with a friend so you both have a chance to feel pampered!
I enjoyed this class immensely. A few times during a session, I saw the exact circumstance where my negative patterns began. The six steps Margaret teaches is a great technique to show you where you are stuck and then how to transform this energy in a positive and loving way. She teaches that we always have to take care, love and respect ourselves first before any change can really happen. I loved this course because now I have tools to use when I am distressed that will help me to overcome this feeling. Thank you, Margaret.
